Mixmasters Music is brought to you by the same bunch of Musical crazies that have been running the two coolest recording studios in town. Mixmasters and Broadcast. As well as that weve been distributing quality audio products around the country for years and years helping the music and recording comunities of Australia put great ideas on tape.

Mixmasters Music was an obvious evoloution.
You can have all the recording gear in the world but if your Guitar sucks... it will always suck. No matter what microphone, amp etc etc combo you end up with. So we knew what we had to do. We scoured the earth for a range of instruments that could satisfy every one from someone whos just starting out, all the way up to seasoned players looking for a really serious axe! And we did all of this with one word in mind.

We don't stock any guitars we dont personally think you'll want to keep for your whole life!

All of our staff here are professional recording engineers, producers, or serious session players with years of experience working in the music industory.

h	MICK WORDLEY The man responsible for the whole show. Hes a studio owner (he has 2 of em!) , recording engineer, producer, guitarist and all round Guru of all things musical and audiological. Mick has been recording many artists nationally for over 20 years ... often taking his mobile studio to untamed locations all over the planet, from Broome to Byron Bay and beyond... folk like Jeff Lang, Chris Whitely, Archie Roach, The Yearlings, Jordie Lane, Huckleberry Swede's, Delightful Rainand. His studio has been home to many national and international artists and producers for many years.
_	CRAIG LEWIS is a recording engineer and producer as well as being responsible for guitars in Booster and is also the front man for the Andy Robberts band.
k	JUSTIN GARNER A fantastic guitar player be it on stage, or a studio session. He has played guitar and contributed songs to albums by Nikka Costa and Nick Barker (the latter he gigs with from time to time)He has had variety of jobs including roustabout for the Moscow Circus. Justin lives in the Adelaide Hills with his wife, their two children and three rescued dogs!
_	TOM BARNES A recording engineer and producer, as well as playing guitar and bass for Battlecats everynow and then. He has been known to grace the stage on his lonesome from time to time. Artists and producers he's worked with include, Josh Bennet, The Transatlantics, Leader Cheetah, PNAU, The Swiss, Richard Lush, Empire Of The Sun, John Woods and Colonel Kernal to name a few.
	JON McNICHOL IStudio owner, engineer & member of local improvisers The Asteroid Belt. A long time tape machine & recording enthusiast, will record anything & anyone. The weirder the better!
